CEH Certification is provided through the EC-Council and is a training requirement IAW DoD. 8570.01M
The subject requirement will be a noncompetitive contract action with the EC-Council IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Competition is limited to the EC-Council because the EC-Council is the sole-source provided of the courseware and the managing organization of the CEH certification.
