Amendment 1 - The purpose of this amendment is to upload the questions and answers received during the questions period and update the Combined Synoposis/Solicitation, as well as Attachment 4. Quote response date remains the same.

“Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.”



The 97th Contracting Squadron, Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for acquisition of Mobile Ramp/Loading Dock for use at Ebbing ANGB, Ft. Smith Arkansas.



Any questions shall be submitted via email to the below points of contacts by 14 September 2023 at 1300 CST (1:00PM CST).



This acquisition will fall under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 423830. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside.



Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management Database (SAM) prior to submission of quotes. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the DoD SAM prior to submission of proposal will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number. We recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award.
