Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is investigating the market capability to upgrade the fire alarm system located on Pine Bluff Arsenal to the most current NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) and UFC (Unified Facilities Criteria) guidance as described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform the work. Contractor is responsible for purchasing all the equipment and ancillary supplies necessary for work completion.
Contractor will be required to present a design within 30 days from award, and materials must be ordered within 14 days from design approval.
Interested parties shall submit responses in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, or Adobe Acrobat. Responses shall be limited to 10 pages with Arial font greater than or equal to 12 pt. Experience with Pyrotechnic production facilities preferred.
