The Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 16 has a requirement to overlay approximately 5,231 square feet of new Government furnished welded seam floor coverings with integral cove base to hospital specifications within the Surgical Intensive Care Unit at John L. McClellan (JLM) VA Medical Center, 4800 W. 7th Street, Little Rock, AR 72205. Â This is a pre-solicitation notice only. Interested parties should watch for the issuance of the solicitation and associated documents between 10/24/2022-10/28/2022, which will contain the specific instructions and work requirements. Â The solicitation will be issued as a total Small Business (SB) set-aside under NAICS code 238330, with a small business size standard of $16.5M. All interested parties must be registered and active in System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov, at the time an offer or quotation is submitted and the date of award. Award will NOT be delayed to allow time for registration. Â The Government intends to award one standalone contract with a 45-day period of performance. Â This is a pre-solicitation notice only. No pricing is being requested at this time. Please monitor Contracting Opportunities for issuance of the actual solicitation to download the associated solicitation documents. Telephone and fax requests for this notice will not be accepted. Â Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov) system prior to award of a government contract.
