This is a PRESOLICITATION NOTICE for Solicitation Number W519TC-23-B-2002. The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) using the Two-Step Bidding Method in accordance with the format in FAR Part 14 – Sealed Bidding, as supplemented with additional information to be included in the solicitation. ACC-RI anticipates releasing the solicitation on or about 11 August 2023 and will remain open for approximately 30 calendar days.

This requirement is to upgrade fire alarm system at building 44-110 located on Pine Bluff Arsenal to the most current NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) and UFC (Unified Facilities Criteria) guidance. The new fire alarm system will be the latest available system from the manufacturer upon date of installation. Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform the work as defined in the SOW. Contractor is responsible for purchasing all the equipment and ancillary supplies necessary for work completion.

Any resulting procurement will be awarded as a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. The NAICS code for this requirement is 561621, and the Product Service code is 6350. The small business size standard is 25,000,000.00.
