Synopsis:

The purpose of this sources sought notice is to determine if responsible small or large business sources exist capable of fulfilling the needs identified in this effort, for market research purposes only. The proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 621111 with a corresponding NAICS Size Standard of $12.5M. The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. The Government is interested in all small businesses to include 8(a) Program, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOB) Procurement Program, HUBZone Program, and Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Program concerns IAW FAR 19.203.

The Medical Readiness Contracting Office - West, Fort Sam Houston, Texas, is seeking potential sources to provide audiology testing services in support of the Occupational Health Department, Pine Bluff Arsenal (BPA), Pine Bluff, Arkansas.

Due to the rural location of PBA, the U.S. Army Occupational Health Clinic (USAOHC) is requesting a medical clinic, within the Arkansas that can provide a third-party hearing exam for PBA employees that need a verification of a hearing shift. Any clinic that is in a location farther than Little Rock would require more time away from duties that the employee needs to perform. (See attached PWS with detailed Scope of Work)

Period of Performance will be anticipated to be 01 January to 31 December 2024, plus two (2) option years of 12 months and one (1) option year of eleven (11) months.

Base Year: 01 January 2024 to 31 December 2024

Option Year 01: 01 January 2025 to 31 December 2025

Option Year 02: 01 January 2026 to 31 December 2026

Option Year 03: 01 January 2027 to 30 November 2027 (11-month period)

This requirement is expected to result in the award of a single Firm-Fixed Price contract. The anticipated period of performance is a base year with three (3) option years.

Contractors responding to this sources sought notice are advised their response does not ensure participation in future solicitations or contract awards. The Government will not reimburse any company or individual for any expense associated with preparation or participation in this research. Contractor responses should include:

1. The size of your business with regard to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 621111 per the standard described in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19.102 (FAR available at www.acquisition.gov).

2. If you believe this procurement action should be performed under a different NAICS code, please recommend an alternate NAICS code and the rationale for the alternate code.

3. Recommended proposal schedule (Contract Line item) and invoicing terms

5. Submit no later than 12:00 CST, 02 November 2023.
