Description

THIS IS A SHORT OF AWARD SOLICITATION FAR 52.232-18. FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE. ENSURE QUOTES ARE ACCEPTABLE THROUGH 30 SEP 2023.



SET ASIDE: This is a total small business set-aside.



This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; written quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions.



This solicitation, W50S6P23Q0006, is being issued as a Request for Quotation for the requirement of Cold Weather Jackets at Little Rock AFB, AR. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023‐04.



This RFQ being issued for 250 Cold Weather Jackets with the following characteristics:

• Softshell

• Non-FR garment

• OCP Color

• Must be lightweight, windproof, and water resistant and durable.

• Fleece backer inside for warmth.

• Side vents with double pull zippers for moisture mitigation and for ventilation.

• Pre-attached Velcro for rank insignia and unit patches.

• Made in the USA.

• Velcro cuff tabs with a drawcord in the hem to keep the cold and wet out.

BASIS OF AWARD: A Firm Fixed Price delivery order will be awarded based on the lowest price offer meeting the requirements of this RFQ and the above description.
