Description

The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, and equipment to successfully overhaul and refurbish 10 Fairbanks Morse engines including start-up and commissioning of each engine. Work also includes the upgrade of the engines’ control systems including commissioning. The overall engine rebuild will be performed onsite at the W.G. Huxtable Pumping Plant. Some specialized components may required off-site rebuild. Contractor shall provide on-site training for USACE employees on new equipment and/or operating procedures. New equipment shall come with standard 1 year warranty. Contractor shall provide all labor, parts and tools for this project. All work to conform to local, state and federal codes. Work is considered a “turnkey” task.
